With 24 years of experience in the tobacco industry, Diana has built a reputation as a dedicated professional, working as a distributor and account manager for some of the most exclusive cigar brands in the world. She has represented renowned names such as Rocky Patel, CLE Asylum, Omar Ortez, Jake Wyatt, Gurkha, and various private label and proprietary products.
Born and raised in Toronto’s Little Italy on St. Clair Avenue West, Diana comes from a proud Portuguese background, where tradition, craftsmanship, and community have always played a significant role in her life. Her passion for cigars was deeply influenced by the culture around her, and recognizing a void in the area for a truly dedicated cigar shop, she made the bold decision to establish Forest Hill Cigars in Spadina Village.
Diana’s expertise goes beyond distribution—she has had the unique opportunity to visit some of Honduras’ most exclusive cigar factories, including Rocky Patel and CLE, experiencing firsthand every stage of the cigar-making process. From plantations to sorting, fermentation, and the rolling rooms, she has gained invaluable insight into the craftsmanship and dedication required to produce premium cigars.
Her vision for Forest Hill Cigars is built on a commitment to exceptional customer service, industry expertise, and a carefully curated selection of premium cigars. The shop offers a diverse range of cigars from Nicaragua, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba, catering to both seasoned connoisseurs and those new to the world of cigars.
